Project management involves keeping multiple balls in the air, as an efficient development will have many parts of the development running in parallel. This may include connections for telecommunications, electricity, water, wastewater and stormwater and construction of the access.
Some of our clients prefer to project manage a land development themselves. Some of our clients prefer us to project manage. As we are so familiar with the process, this can produce a smoother and quicker consent and land development process, through to issue of title.
